1) How do I use SSM e-Info Services system?
Go to SSM e- info . Log in/Register as e-Account Member,
Search for Company/Business, Pay with prepaid, MEPSCASH, Credit Card
and Internet Banking. Save, email or print the information.
2) What information can I get from SSM e-Info Services?
SSM e-Info Services is an online service which enables users to
search and purchase of company profile (ROC) and business profile
(ROB) from Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia (Companies Commission of
Malaysia) in pdf (Portable Document Format) file. You need to have
an Acrobat Reader to be able to download and read the requested
information. Other products such as images (i.e Form 9,24,44,49),
Financial Comparison, Company Charges, Business Termination Letter
and Company Watch can also be purchased via the same method.
3) How long will I have to wait to get the approval for recharge in e-Account?
Approval for recharge as per below :
i. Cash
Bank In / Internet Banking
Approval after notice of deposit [3 hours via email, 5 hours via
fax]
ii. Cheque
Within three (3) working days cleared cheque.
iii. Credit card,debit card and FPX
Auto approval within seconds.
iv. BSN PIN
Auto approval after entering pin number received from BSN within
seconds.
v. RHB
Auto approval within seconds.
4) Is there a fee?
Yes. There is and additional fees of up to RM5.00 on top of the
current fees imposed by SSM to have the information available via
the counter. RM10.00 goes to the Company Commission of Malaysia and
another RM5.00 will be the service fees for Technology and Service
Provider. The service fees is applicable in addition to statutory
fees as prescribed under Second Schedule of Companies Act 1965.
5) What should I do if I cannot retrieve the document?
You need to do the following:
1.to call our callcenter number at 1 300 30 4636 or
2.to email to call center at callcenter@ssm-einfo.my or
3.to fax your correspondence to +603 4045 7686 or
4.View your purchased item(s) at 'View Order'.
and to have order number/order code for quick respond by Call

6) What are the hardware and software needed to use the services?
Recommended hardware and software requirements are :
i. Personal computer
-> Pentium III processor and above
-> 256 MB of memory and above
-> 50 KB of hard disk space and above
-> 56 Kbps dial-up modem or broadband/streamyx
ii. Internet access and connection
iii. Adobe Reader 6.0 or above (The Reader can be downloaded at
http://get.adobe.com/reader
iv. Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.5 or above
v. Printer (black or colour)
7) How long do I have to wait for a backup PDF to be sent to me if there is an error on the first time?
Within 5 to 20 minutes. However you can retrieve your backup pdf at
'View Past Order' should there is any error occured. Please be
reminded to save your pdf copy as it will only be available in the
system for 7 (seven) days from the transaction date. If you feel
that the data retrieved from the e-Info system is not correct or do
not tally with the information that you think is correct, you need
to fill a Feedback Form provided to request further action. We will
investigate and forward to SSM if it is pertaining to their area.

8) What can I do if my request is rejected?
If your request is denied, you have to contact us via the following channel
1. to call our call center at 1 300 30 4636
2. to email our call center at callcenter@ssm-einfo.my
3. You can also fill the FORM provided to expedite your request as
URL link given FEEDBACK
9) What should I do if there is an error of image verification not match during registration or login process.
Kindly clear the history, cache, cookies and try to log in again.
10) Refund
There is no refund for any purchases made for SSM e-Info products
except for incomplete data or incomplete transaction.
