How do I use SSM e-Info Services system?
Go to http://www.ssm.com.my and click on e-Info icon. Select ROC or ROB to proceed with your search or select e-Account to be a registered user. Make payment via e-Card, prepaid and credit cards.

What information can I get through SSM e-Info Services?
SSM e-Info Services is an online credit information system providing information on company (Registrar Of Companies) and business (Registrar Of Business) information from Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia (Companies Commission of Malaysia) in pdf (Portable Document Format) file. You need to have an Acrobat Reader to be able to download and read the requested information.

How long will I have to wait to get the approval after registration in e-Account?
You will be approved as a member once we received payment from you.

Is there a fee?
Yes. There is and additional fees of RM5.00 on top of the current fees imposed by SSM to have the information available via the counter. RM10.00 goes to the Company Commission of Malaysia and another RM5.00 will be the convenient fees for Technology and Service Provider. The service fees is applicable in addition to statutory fees as prescribed under Second Schedule of Companies Act 1965.

What should I do if I cannot retrieve the document?
You need to do the following:

  1. to call our office number at +603 4045 8686 or
  2. to email to Call Center at callcenter@ssm-einfo.my or
  3. to fax your correspondence to +603 4045 7686 or
  4. View your purchased item(s) at 'View Order'.

What are the hardware and software needed to use the services?
Recommended hardware and software requirements are :

  1. Personal computer

    -> Pentium III processor and above
    -> 256 MB of memory and above
    -> 50 KB of hard disk space and above
    -> 56 Kbps dial-up modem or broadband/streamyx

  2. Internet access and connection
  3. Adobe Reader 6.0 or above
    (The Reader can be downloaded at http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html )
  4. Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.5 or above
  5. Printer (black or colour)

How long do I have to wait for a backup PDF to be sent to me if there is an error on the first time?

Within 5 to 20 minutes. However we also keep your back up copy for 7 days from transaction date. If you feel that the data retrieve from the e-Info system is not correct or do not tally with the information that you feel is correct, you need to fill a Feedback Form provided to request further action. We will investigate and forwarded to SSM if it is pertaining to their area.

What can I do if my request is rejected?
If your request is denied, you have to contact us via the following channel

  1. to call our office number at +603 4045 8686 (9.30am – 5.30p.m) or
  2. to email to Call Center at callcenter@ssm-einfo.my or
  3. to fax your correspondence to +603 4045 7686

You can also fill the FORM provided to expedite your request

What can I do to further voice and state my grievances?

If all avenues listed above are still not satisfactory to you, you can e-mail your predicament to either Project Services, ps@ssm-einfo.my or Project Coordinator pc@ssm-einfo.my for further action.
