An individual qualified (at the state level) to conduct audits.

Business Termination Letter
A certification of termination of registered Business from SURUHANJAYA SYARIKAT MALAYSIA which verify that the Business is expired or terminated. Business Termination Letter will be generated upon request by the user if the Business is not renewed within twelve (12) months of the expiry date.

Cash
Cash on hand and demand deposits.

Company Charges
Extraction of information from Form 34 (Statement of Particulars to be Lodged with Charge) and Form 40 (Certificate of Registration of Charge.

Company Profile
Consisting of company information, summary of share capital, directors/officers, shareholders, company charges and account summary.

Construction
General: Clearing, dredging, excavating, and grading of land and other activity associated with buildings, structures, or other types of real property such as bridges, dams, roads.

Contingent Liability
Hypothetical liability which depends on a possible (but hardly likely) event or situation to occur before becoming an actual liability. Contingent liabilities are different for every type of business and profession, and management makes provision for them by setting aside appropriate funds as reserves.

Cookies
HTTP cookies, or more commonly referred to as Web cookies, tracking cookies or just cookies, are parcels of text sent by a server to a web client (usually a browser) and then sent back unchanged by the client each time it accesses that server.

Credit Balance
The amount remaining in a cash account or margin account after all securities have been paid for.

Images
Under the Companies Regulations, 1966, the prescribe forms is used for a specific purpose in relation to a provision of The Companies Act, 1965. Normally the completed forms are available over the SSM counter. Therefore, Images on e-Info will offer the forms in Tagged Image File Format (abbreviated TIFF) through SSM e-Info Services.

Intangible Assets
Reputation, name recognition, and intellectual property such as knowledge and know how. Intangible assets are the long-term resources of an entity, but have no physical existence. They derive their value from intellectual or legal rights, and from the value they add to the other assets. Intangible assets are generally classified into two broad categories: (1) Limited-life intangible assets, such as patents, copyrights, and goodwill, and (2) Unlimited-life intangible assets, such as trademarks. In contrast to tangible assets, intangible assets cannot be destroyed by fire, hurricane, or other accidents or disasters and can help build back destroyed tangible assets.

Payment Gateway
An e-commerce application service provider service that authorizes payments for e-businesses, online retailers, bricks and clicks, or traditional brick and mortar.

Payment Mode
Means by which a payment is made, such as cash, check, or credit card.

Portable Document Format (PDF)
Portable Document Format (PDF) is a file format created by Adobe System for document exchange. PDF is used for representing two-dimensional documents in a manner independent of the application software, hardware, and operating system.

Prepaid
Prepaid refers to services paid for in advance.

Profit And Loss Account
Showing the inflow of money from sale of goods or services and the costs and expenses chargeable against it, over an accounting period.

Revenue

Tagged Image File Format (abbreviated TIFF) is a file format for storing images, including photographs and line art. It is now under the control of Adobe Systems.

Turnover
Accounting: (1) Annual sales volume net of all discounts and sales taxes. (2) Number of times an asset (such as cash, inventory, raw materials) is replaced or revolves during an accounting period.
